Consent to the processing of personal data

I, in accordance with the information I provided on the site https://sidata.com.ua/, guided by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", hereby grant SIData (hereinafter referred to as the Company) permission to process my personal data (information and aggregates of information about me), owned by said Company, on the following terms:

1. Purpose of processing personal data: ensuring the implementation of relations in the field of advertising, marketing and collection of personal data for commercial purposes, to inform individuals about promotions and special offers of owners and other partners of the owner, studying consumer demand, informing clients about new models of goods, manufacturers goods, places of sale of goods and promotions carried out by the manufacturer of goods and / or sellers of such goods, compliance with the requirements of legislation on the protection of consumer rights in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Economic Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising”, the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Rights consumers”, the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications”, the Law of Ukraine “On Print Media (Press) in Ukraine”, other laws and by-laws solely for the exercise of powers determined by laws and on the basis of the consent of the subject of personal data.

2. Purposes of personal data processing:

1) collection of information regarding goods, consumers of goods, operation of goods by consumers, identified shortcomings (marriage, breakdowns, etc.) of goods and their causes;

2) fulfillment of warranty and other obligations to consumers determined by the current legislation of Ukraine;

3) maintaining statistics of consumer appeals and shortcomings of goods, breakdowns and defects, their causes;

4) providing information to consumers about goods, their manufacturer and sellers;

5) compliance with the requirements of consumer protection legislation;

6) fulfillment of other requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

3. The composition and scope of personal data that may be collected and processed:

1) last name, first name, patronymic;

2) date of birth;

3) gender;

4) address;

5) other information about facts and circumstances that characterize a person as a consumer of goods (information regarding purchases, consumer habits);

6) information about the means of communication with the consumer (postal address, contact number of the means of communication, e-mail address, etc.).

4. Period of storage of personal data:

personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the above goals and purposes of processing such data. Personal data may be destroyed after the expiration of the storage period or in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine. The storage of personal data will be carried out by the Company at its location, as well as possibly by the managers specified in clause 6.

5. The procedure for the use of personal data and the protection of personal data: Personal data will be used by the Company and managers solely for the purpose and purposes specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this consent in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine; the use of personal data by employees of the Company is carried out only in accordance with their job duties. The Company and personal data processors undertake to take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access by third parties.

The company and personal data processors will carry out with personal data the actions necessary for the purpose and purposes indicated above, including (but not limited to): to process in whole or in part in an information (automated) system and / or in personal data filing cabinets; to collect in the amount necessary for the aforementioned purposes and purposes; registration, accumulation, adaptation, change, restoration, use, depersonalization of information; distribute (distribute, sell, transfer) personal data to personal data processors and third parties specified in this consent; store personal data for the period necessary for the aforementioned purposes and purposes; destroy personal data after the expiration of their storage period.

6. The procedure for the distribution of personal data: Personal data collected by the Company may be distributed (transferred) by the Company for the purpose and purposes specified above in this consent to personal data processors, personal data is processed on behalf of the Company, which include third parties, with which the Company or the managers, at their discretion, will conclude the relevant agreements, subject to the adoption of all possible and dependent on the managers and third parties measures to maintain the confidentiality of personal data. Personal data may be transferred to third parties to whom the Company is obliged to provide personal data of consumers in accordance with applicable law (state and local authorities authorized to monitor compliance with consumer rights, etc.); successors of the Company in case of reorganization of the Company.

7. Procedure for access to personal data:

Access to personal data collected by the Company is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data". Thus, by this consent to the processing of my personal data, I grant the Company permission to perform any action or set of actions with my personal data for the purpose and purposes indicated above; to collect in the amount necessary for the aforementioned purposes and purposes; registration, accumulation, adaptation, change, restoration, use, depersonalization of information about me; distribute (distribute, sell, transfer) my personal data to personal data processors and third parties without notifying me of this distribution; store my personal data for the period necessary for the aforementioned purposes and purposes; destroy my personal data after the expiration of their storage period.

In particular, I grant the Company consent (permission) to distribute (distribute, sell, transfer) my personal data collected by the Company, without notifying me of this distribution of my data, if my personal data within the above composition and volume are transferred by the Company with the purpose and purposes specified above in this consent, personal data processors and / or third parties to whom the Company is obliged to provide personal data of consumers in accordance with applicable law (public authorities and local governments authorized to monitor compliance with consumer rights, etc. .), successors of the Company in case of reorganization of the Company.

8. Rights stipulated by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine 2297-VI "On the Protection of Personal Data" in connection with the processing of personal data:

1) know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location of the owner or processor of personal data or give an appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law;

2) receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred;

3) access to their personal data;

4) receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as otherwise provided by law, an answer on whether personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;

5) present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with objections to the processing of their personal data;

6) present a reasoned demand to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and manager of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;

7) to protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from the provision of information that is unreliable or discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual ;

8) file complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or to the court;

9) apply legal remedies in case of violation of legislation on the protection of personal data;

10) issue a warning about the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;

11) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

12) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

13) to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences.

The message about the actions with my personal data that the Company, as the owner of personal data, must provide to me as the subject of personal data in accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Personal Data", please hand it to me personally or send it in accordance with the contact information I specified.

By giving consent to the processing of personal data, I confirm that I have been informed by the Company

1) about the owner of personal data, the composition and content of the collected personal data, the purpose of collecting personal data and the persons to whom personal data is transferred or may be transferred,

2) about the places of storage of personal data,

3) about my rights, stipulated by Article 8 of the Law No. 2297-VI “on the protection of personal data” in connection with the processing of my personal data for the specified purpose.
